Duties and Responsibilities: Creating and delivering instruction on social media strategies, developing engaging course materials, mentoring students in the use of social media tools, and keeping up-to-date with emerging platforms and trends to ensure course content remains relevant. Monitoring students' progress and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Required Qualifications: Expertise in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Marketing Strategies. Strong knowledge of Advertising, Branding, and Analytics within social media platforms. Effective training, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Proficiency in using major platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging social tools. Good organizational and time-management skills with a strong focus on student outcomes.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A teaching certification or prior instructional experience is an added advantage.
Experience: Experience creating and delivering engaging educational materials in-person and virtually.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities.
