Ismora Technologies builds software for Africa's hardest problems. We're not an agency. We're a company that takes engineering seriously.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You'll work across Ismora's full product stack — NestJS backends, PostgreSQL databases, Flutter mobile features, and AWS infrastructure. Some weeks you're designing an API. Some weeks you're debugging a mobile edge case. Some weeks you're reviewing a junior engineer's PR and making them better. You'll own what you build end to end and be expected to make real engineering decisions, not just implement tickets.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of production software engineering experience, Strong Node.js and NestJS, Deep PostgreSQL knowledge, Prisma or TypeORM in production, Real AWS experience, Flutter experience is a strong plus, Docker and CI/CD in your daily workflow, Understanding of multi-tenancy, data isolation, and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security at the data layer, NDPR awareness is a plus.
