Job Overview:
Kennedia Consulting Limited is a leading HR service firm in the West Africa region, specializing in providing cost-effective and professional consulting and outsourcing services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in promoting products, engaging with customers, and driving sales. Maintain optimal in-store displays, conduct market research, assist with inventory management, and support sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Contribute to creating a positive customer experience on the store floor while gaining valuable hands-on industry experience.
Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques. Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer trends. Organizational skills with attention to detail and inventory management. Enthusiasm for the retail sector and willingness to learn and grow. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
Educational Background:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
