Job Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth within assigned territories by providing technical solutions, addressing client needs, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales budgets for RPM brands and grow sales for Fuchs lubricants in the Nigerian market. Identify and convert new business opportunities through direct visits and market prospecting. Develop sales in the assigned industry segment through direct sales visits and contracted freelancers. Conduct site surveys and provide technical advice to both new and existing clients. Maintain a clear sales activity agenda and report using sales tools and databases.
Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of corporate B2B direct selling experience, specifically within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Construction, or Cement sectors. Deep experience in the sales of machinery parts and Industrial Lubricants. Ambitious, resilient, and possess a 'hands-on' approach to problem-solving.
Educational Background: BSc or HND in any related field, with an added advantage in Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of corporate B2B direct selling in the FMCG/F&B or other industry sectors.
Languages: English
