Job Description
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Retail Operations Associate to oversee the day-to-day running of our Wuse 2 flagship store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations while delivering a premium brand experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead in-store sales, drive revenue across all channels, engage with customers, collaborate with the content team, oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, ensure accurate sales logging, maintain store environment, handle customer enquiries, capture feedback, and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or operations (luxury, beauty or lifestyle preferred), strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, ability to lead junior staff, attention to detail, familiarity with inventory systems, ability to work independently, genuine interest in fragrance or beauty products.
Experience:
2-3 years in retail, sales, hospitality, or operations (luxury, beauty or lifestyle preferred)
Additional Notes:
Monthly base salary of ₦150,000, performance-based bonuses, opportunity for growth, ongoing training in luxury retail and sales strategies.
