Job Description
Job Overview:
We are hiring a security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Security & Compliance Analyst to work directly with enterprise clients on security assessments, compliance audits, risk management, and regulatory advisory. This is a foundational role; the successful candidate will help build the practice alongside the founder and will have significant client exposure and career growth opportunities from day one. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, renewable, with conversion to permanent employment at the 6-month mark based on performance and business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct security assessments, compliance audits, and gap analyses for client organizations; Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and documentation for clients; Perform risk assessments and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations; Serve as a day-to-day compliance point of contact for assigned client organizations; Prepare and file regulatory compliance documentation on behalf of clients; Deliver security awareness training sessions to client staff; Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and advise clients on business impact; Support incident response activities when required; Prepare semi-annual and annual compliance reports for client organizations; Assist with business development activities including proposal writing and client presentations.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, Cybersecurity, or related field; Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data protection, privacy, compliance, or cybersecurity; At least one professional certification in data protection, privacy, or cybersecurity. Acceptable certifications include: CCNP security, CCIE security, CCNA, CDPO, CIPM, CIPP, CISA, CISM, CDPSE, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, or equivalent; Strong knowledge of data protection regulations and cybersecurity frameworks; Experience conducting compliance audits or security assessments; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance management tools.

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, Cybersecurity, or related field

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data protection, privacy, compliance, or cybersecurity

Languages:
English

Additional Notes:
Multiple certifications in privacy or security; Experience in consulting or advisory roles (Big 4, law firm, or specialist consultancy); Familiarity with cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP); Experience working in financial services, technology, telecommunications, or healthcare sectors; Project management skills.
