Job Overview: The Sales Director will be responsible for developing channel strategies and managing partnerships in the energy and utilities sector in Nigeria.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop channel strategies and annual business plans for Nigeria, conduct market research, identify and recruit partners, lead contract negotiations, track partner performance, forecast regional demand, ensure compliance with local laws.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Business, Marketing, Energy, or Trade preferred. Fluent English (business negotiation & written communication).
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Business, Marketing, Energy, or Trade preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in overseas BD or channel sales, including 1+ year in new energy (solar, storage, inverters, EV charging). Familiar with Nigerian/West African market; existing distributor/installer networks in Nigeria strongly preferred.
Languages: Fluent English (business negotiation & written communication).
Additional Notes: Willing to travel 50%+ annually.
