Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operations of the HR department, including implementing HR policies, organizing records, supporting employee benefits administration, and coordinating personnel management tasks. Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture by supporting HR strategies and day-to-day employee relations activities.
Required Qualifications: Must have had 3 years business operations experience in a core HR or FMCG environment. Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles. Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits. Skills in Personnel Management and fostering positive employee relations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools is a plus.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 3 years of business operations experience in a core HR or FMCG environment.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: The internship period shall be for 6 months. The candidate shall be paid a gross sum of N140,000 in the initial instance. Upon demonstrating high level performance, the Office Operations Intern would be offered an increase and would start to earn N180,000. The role is 100% on-site and candidates would be required to commute daily to our Alausa, Ikeja Office.
