Job Description
Job Overview:
Provide legal representation to corporations, advise clients on a broad range of corporate issues and represent them in litigation, transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Negotiate and draft contracts, leases, and other documents; Promote and enforce company policies; Prepare, review, and monitor basic corporate contracts and agreements; Manage litigation and other legal claims; Advise management on relevant legal matters; Develop and oversee litigation and dispute resolution strategies; Manage outside counsel; Represent the company in court or before administrative agencies; Develop and submit reports to senior management; Manage corporate legal matters, including forming, maintaining, and dissolving entities and legal contracts, and resolving disputes; Perform initial screenings of documents to determine legal effect and significance; Evaluate and manage risk presented by new contracts; Perform or oversee negotiations and drafting of contracts; Attend meetings and depositions, such as arbitrations and trials; Prepare and review contracts, budgets, and reports; Manage legal staffing to achieve business goals; Advise the management team on legal needs and prepare legal briefs; Represent the firm at law conferences and legal seminars; Develop new legal products; Serve as legal advisor to business units; Develop new legal approaches; Maintain awareness of new legal developments and changes in regulations.

Required Qualifications:
LLB, BL

Educational Background:
Degree in Law

Experience:
4 years experience in a law practice

English
