Job Overview: Pinconsult Associates Limited is a civil/structural engineering consultancy firm that specializes in civil/structural engineering consultancy and project management services.
Duties and Responsibilities: Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries, and handling complaints. Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times. Ensuring the confidentiality and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security of files and filing systems. Oversee daily administrative operations of the office. Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information. Operating copy equipment, printers, or other equipment necessary. Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients. Writing and editing business proposals/documents to company standards. Ensuring the office is well-maintained. Negotiating with Vendors.
Required Qualifications: B.Sc. in Business Administration, Social Science, or a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. High-level communication/Interpersonal skills. The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team. Must be outgoing. Use of Microsoft Office and suites. Good organization, time management, and scheduling skills. Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with few errors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and follow up with registration requirements.
Educational Background: B.Sc. in Business Administration, Social Science, or a relevant field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
