Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain employee records, serve as the first point of contact for HR-related employee concerns, coordinate performance appraisal processes, organise staff training programmes, prepare periodic HR reports.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within healthcare or hospital environments.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Full Time - 9 to 5, Clinical healthcare setting requiring professionalism, empathy, and adherence to patient confidentiality standards.
