Job Overview: CRS is seeking a State Immunization/Team Lead for the CDC-funded global childhood immunization project aimed at reaching zero- and under-immunized children in Northern Nigeria.
Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between CRS and health authorities, coordinate immunization strategies, lead program implementation, conduct supportive supervision, strengthen disease surveillance, engage communities, monitor and evaluate programs, and build capacity of health workers.
Required Qualifications: High proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages, including Hausa, is an advantage.

Additional Notes: Must be willing and able to travel up to 40%.
