Job Description
Job Overview:
The Digital Business Development Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue for oncology products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement monthly marketing plans for both B2C and B2B segments. 2. Drive monthly sales across all products through marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. 3. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, email, content marketing, events, and influencer partnerships. 4. Work closely with the Product Growth & Partnership Lead and Operations & Growth Lead to align marketing and commercial strategies. 5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulatory compliance in Nigeria. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, commercial growth, or business development, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or oncology.

Languages:
English
