Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities; Drive sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth; Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and institutional relationships; Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into active engagement; Manage and grow client accounts with professionalism and consistency; Develop market-facing strategies that strengthen visibility and commercial traction; Support proposals, partnership conversations, and commercial negotiations; Meet defined targets and contribute to branch, unit, or platform performance; Represent NCDF Group with credibility across local and international markets.
Required Qualifications: Highly target-driven and commercially minded; Strong in sales, negotiation, and closing business; Confident in client acquisition and relationship management; Skilled at onboarding and retaining clients; Able to work with structure, accountability, and urgency; Comfortable operating in growth-focused and performance-led environments; Capable of bringing energy, maturity, and entrepreneurial thinking into the role.
Educational Background: Experience in business development, sales and marketing, client relationship management, commercial operations, institutional partnerships, market expansion, revenue generation across service-led or platform-led businesses.
