Job Overview: We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executives or Sales Associates to expand our market footprint across key Nigerian states. This role is suited for professionals who understand the dynamics of FMCG or lubricant sales, and can independently drive revenue through both digital and field-based strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new customer channels for lubricant products across assigned territories. Drive consistent sales growth through a mix of online prospecting and offline market activation. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. Execute market penetration strategies tailored to local demand and competition. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities within the region. Provide periodic sales reports and pipeline updates using digital tools. Track performance, report numbers, and optimize your approach weekly.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in FMCG, Oil & Gas, or Lubricant sales. Strong ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Demonstrated digital competence (CRM tools, online lead generation, communication platforms). Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong closer. High level of initiative, accountability, and target orientation.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in FMCG, Oil & Gas, or Lubricant sales.
