Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating sales leads, and conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities. Key tasks include negotiating contracts, coordinating sales efforts with marketing campaigns, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Qualifications:
Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and convert prospects into clients. Strong market research and strategic planning capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships. Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools is preferred. Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience:
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus.
