Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain regular headcount/workforce reports; consolidate data from multiple sources into clear management-ready views; coordinate end-to-end staffing requests; ensure staffing requests comply with approved demand-supply plans; document staffing processes; liaise with multiple stakeholders on workforce-related matters.
Required Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills; good attention to detail; clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Experience:
4–7 years of PMO, workforce/resource management, or similar operational support experience; prior experience in technology or large enterprise environments preferred.
