Job Description
Job Overview:
The Product Manager leads core product management responsibilities for a defined product area(s) with growing strategic input and autonomy. The Product Manager owns end-to-end delivery of features within assigned product area(s), leads feature area strategy with growing independence, and may require execution of more than one initiative in parallel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop business cases, own team backlog, make trade-off decisions, lead as primary content authority for product features, monitor competitive releases, manage integrations, share knowledge, define product solutions, lead customer research, ensure regulatory compliance, support sales and marketing, manage release planning, and develop product documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, experience writing detailed requirements documentation, customer-focused approach, demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, experience with agile development methodologies.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field required.
Experience:
Experience in financial services, automotive finance, fintech, financial technology, or enterprise B2B software; familiarity with AI tools and product management tools.
Languages:
