Job Description
Job Overview:
Haven X Fitness Gym is building a premium, lifestyle-driven fitness and wellness brand designed for scale across Abuja and beyond. We are hiring a Founding Director — Operations & Lifestyle Growth to build, operate, and optimize our first location into a high-performing, profitable, and replicable model.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and enforce all daily operating systems, ensure consistent premium member experience, maintain high standards in cleanliness and service, implement and optimize SOPs for scalability, recruit and manage staff, set performance standards, drive revenue and membership growth, deliver a premium member experience, track business metrics, and document processes for scalability.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Educational Background:
Minimum of a BSc.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Languages:
English
