Job Description
Job Overview:
Assist in coordinating and embedding Sustainability systems in defining relevant standards across the Group and have oversight over Sustainability Initiatives by working closely departments and entities and to ensure compliance with all Sustainability standards and frameworks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sustainability data management, reporting and publication – collate metrics and develop content required for monthly, quarterly and annual sustainability report. Facilitate workshops, training and awareness sessions on Sustainability. Build internal partnerships and expand upon existing relationships to create new alliances for highlighting and managing Sustainability risk and opportunities. Assist in developing road map for compliance with all sustainability standards such as CBN’s Nigeria Sustainable Banking Principles (NSBP), NSE’s Sustainability Disclosures, FRCN Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance and SEC Nigeria Sustainable Financial Principles (NSFP) amongst others and monitor execution. Drive the implementation of Positive Impact and Sustainability framework and monitor execution. Drive the adoption of sustainability standards (such as Principles of Responsible Banking and IFRS S1 & S2) in country. Invite Regulators to participate in project launch, presentation or unveiling.

Required Qualifications:
BSc Business Commerce or related field. Masters or relevant professional certification can be an added advantage.

Educational Background:
BSc Business Commerce or related field; Masters or relevant professional certification can be an added advantage.

Experience:
3–4 years experience in wholesale and retail credit risk management; 3–6 years banking experience; 3–4 years experience in Project Monitoring.

English
