Job Overview:
The Sales & Partnerships Executive is responsible for actively generating leads, driving sales, and supporting deal closure across all business units. This role focuses on execution — outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions, ensuring a constant flow of clients and revenue into the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively source new clients through cold outreach, networking, and on-ground visits. 2. Sales Conversion: Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into paying clients. 3. Partnerships Support: Identify potential partners and assist in securing vendor partnerships and collaborations. 4. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Maintain communication with clients and ensure a smooth experience. 5. Revenue Contribution: Contribute to monthly sales targets and support closing deals. 6. Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors and customer preferences. 7. Reporting & Accountability: Track and report daily outreach activities and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications:
Strong communication and persuasion skills, confidence in approaching new clients, high energy and persistence, ability to handle rejection, basic understanding of sales processes, organized and disciplined.

Additional Notes:
