Job Overview: The Logistics Coordinating Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all logistics activities related to construction operations and property management support functions.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Plan and coordinate daily logistics activities across multiple sites. 2. Supervise company vehicles and third-party transport providers. 3. Coordinate movement of materials between warehouse and sites. 4. Liaise with suppliers for delivery schedules and logistics execution. 5. Ensure availability of materials and equipment at project sites. 6. Coordinate logistics for property maintenance and repair works. 7. Maintain accurate logistics records in ERP/system platforms. 8. Monitor logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. 9. Ensure compliance with transport and logistics safety standards.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant fields.
Experience: 3–6 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in construction logistics.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Field-based role with frequent site and warehouse visits; may require extended hours during urgent project requirements.
