Job Overview: The Superintendent Pharmacist will oversee regulatory compliance, quality control, and pharmaceutical storage while managing the quality management system and training staff.
Duties and Responsibilities: Act as Superintendent Pharmacist, maintain PCN premises licence, oversee quality control, manage pharmaceutical storage, authorise batch release, own quality management system, handle product recalls, serve as pharmacovigilance contact, train operations staff, provide quality input into warehouse management system, qualify and validate cold-chain equipment.
Required Qualifications: B.Pharm or Pharm.D from a PCN-accredited institution, Full PCN registration with a valid Annual Licence to Practise (ALP).
Educational Background: B.Pharm or Pharm.D from a PCN-accredited institution
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-internship, with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical distribution, QA, or supply chain.
Additional Notes: Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS), pharmacy software, or health information system is preferred.
