Duties and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, address staff complaints, monitor employee performance, organize orientation programs, maintain accurate employee records, assist in salary processing, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote employee welfare programs.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of HND/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices; membership in HR professional bodies is an added advantage.
Educational Background: HND/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 2 years of HR experience (hospitality experience is an advantage)
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; conflict resolution and problem-solving ability; organizational and multitasking skills; attention to detail and confidentiality; proficiency in Microsoft Office; leadership and decision-making skills; may require extended working hours, including weekends.
