Job Overview:
Manages and executes engaging, high-quality content across social media and digital platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. Responsible for community engagement, content creation (visual and written), and staying updated on industry trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating engaging content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. Create and curate high-quality content (images, video, graphics, copy) tailored to each platform’s audience. Oversee daily social media activity, ensuring consistent voice, style, and messaging. Respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with followers to build a community around our brand. Conduct research to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. Produce written content such as articles, blog posts, and social media copy. Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and objectives. Work closely with the creative team to ensure all visuals are on brand and visually appealing. Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content is delivered on time and meets brand standards.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends. Social media savvy and friendly. Someone who has strong experience with all major social media platforms. Has basic photography and videography skills (especially with mobile devices) to create engaging content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A creative mindset with a passion for staying up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.

Additional Notes:
4 days a week Hybrid role, HMO, Salary increases every 12 months.
