Job Overview: We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Representative to manage and grow our fashion brand’s online and offline presence.
Duties and Responsibilities: Create, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and emails, including urgent communications outside regular work hours. Develop creative campaigns that reflect the brand’s identity and attract target audiences. Manage online community engagement and build a loyal customer base. Oversee and maintain the brand’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring products are updated and visually appealing. Execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. Optimize product listings and online storefront for better visibility and conversions. Follow up on customer inquiries and leads to convert them into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases. Support promotional campaigns and product launches to boost revenue. Monitor fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights to guide product offerings and marketing strategies. Identify new opportunities for brand growth and positioning. Track and analyze social media and marketing performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and sales conversions. Use data-driven insights to improve campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness.
Required Qualifications: Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role (preferably in fashion/retail). Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Basic knowledge of e-commerce management. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet targets.
