Job Description
Job Overview:
This is an internship opportunity for a Business Development & Sales Specialist at MacMannie Consulting Group, based in Lagos, with the flexibility to work hybrid (on-site and remotely).

Duties and Responsibilities:
The role involves day-to-day activities such as identifying potential clients, conducting market research, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, participating in sales calls, and supporting in creating business strategies to drive growth.

Required Qualifications:
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in evaluating data to identify trends and strategic opportunities, Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaborative teamwork, Proven ability in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities, Customer Service skills to foster relationships and ensure client satisfaction, Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Educational Background:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
Familiarity with Nigerian business operations or interest in the consulting industry is a plus.

Languages:
English
