Job Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Business/Account Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of our core banking application.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and validate system accounting processes and modules within the core banking application, provide expert guidance on accounting standards, business rules, and financial procedures, support QA/testing teams by ensuring accurate validation of accounting-related modules, work with the team on trial balance setup and reconciliation processes, collaborate on loan accounting processes and transaction flows, support implementation of fixed asset accounting processes, ensure overall alignment between system outputs and accounting principles.
Required Qualifications:
Strong general accounting knowledge, experience working with financial systems or core banking applications, ability to interpret and translate business/accounting requirements into system processes, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Experience working with testing teams or system implementations is an added advantage.
