Job Overview:
We are hiring for an Accountant position for a client in the hospitality sector, located in Ebonyi State. This is a full-time onsite role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information. Monitor and reconcile accounts, including bank statements and vendor invoices. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Collaborate with management to provide insights on financial performance and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
HND or BSc in Accounting or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an accountant. Strong computer and digital proficiency (accounting software knowledge is a plus). Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Background:
HND or BSc in Accounting or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an accountant.
Languages:
English
