Job Overview:
This is a full-time Field Marketing Specialist role based in Ikeja with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some remote work. The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, leading field activities, and driving lead generation efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The role includes collaborating with sales teams, analyzing market trends, and utilizing effective communication strategies to achieve business growth. The specialist will also engage directly with clients and represent the company during field campaigns and events.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Market Planning and Field Marketing, with a proven ability to strategize and execute marketing initiatives. Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to identify prospects and drive customer acquisition. Strong Communication skills to engage with clients, collaborate with teams, and effectively present marketing strategies. Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment and adapt to both in-office and remote settings. Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze market trends and manage multiple campaigns. Familiarity with technology and telecommunications industries, and understanding of modern marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
