Job Description
Job Overview:
Magikhands is building a system to solve unemployment by training and deploying talent in HVAC, Renewable Energy (Solar), and Appliance Repairs with paid internships, job access, and startup support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and optimize operational systems across training, marketing, and automation. Manage end-to-end training operations (admissions, scheduling, trainers, delivery). Oversee and improve AI WhatsApp bot for lead capture, onboarding, and engagement. Track and optimize marketing funnel performance (leads, conversions, enrollments). Coordinate across operations, marketing, tech, and training teams. Identify gaps and implement scalable solutions. Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking. Maintain high standards in training delivery and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
3–6+ years in operations/startups/EdTech or training environments. Experience with marketing funnels, CRM systems, or automation tools. Familiarity with AI tools or WhatsApp automation is a strong advantage. Strong project management and analytical skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Airtable/Excel, Asana/ClickUp. Strong communication and ability to execute fast.
