Job Overview:
Ropheka Specialist Clinic and Maternity is a private medical facility providing high-quality specialized services in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and General Medical practice. Based in Benin City, Edo State, we have proudly served the community with excellence in healthcare for over 20 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. They will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage payroll and benefits administration, and create policies to maintain a positive and productive workplace environment. The role also involves assessing organizational needs and providing strategic HR solutions to enhance both employee satisfaction and clinic operations.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Workforce Planning; Strong Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management skills; Expertise in Training and Development, and Organizational Development; Thorough understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance Requirements, and Policy Development; Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Benefits Management; Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

Experience:
Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Languages:
English

Additional Notes:
Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent are a plus.
