Engineering Project Manager

Job Overview:
Seeking a results-driven Engineering Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects from concept to completion, define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with engineering standards, monitor project progress, identify risks, manage stakeholder communication, oversee budgeting and financial reporting, prepare project status reports, drive process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline), 2 years of project management experience, proven experience managing medium to large-scale engineering projects, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication abilities, solid understanding of engineering principles, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, high attention to detail, proficiency in project management tools, strong knowledge of budgeting and scheduling, familiarity with industry regulations.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)

Experience:
2 years of project management experience within an engineering or construction environment

Languages:
English

Additional Notes:
PMP certification preferred, experience in construction/infrastructure/manufacturing/oil & gas is a plus, experience working with cross-border or large multidisciplinary teams.
