Job Overview: This is a full-time role for a Team Lead, based in Lagos, Nigeria, with partial remote work flexibility. The Team Lead will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, management and development of Connectors for the referral and effective implementation of sales drive.
Duties and Responsibilities: Take charge and responsibility to provide directions for market development and other initiatives based on defined rules and procedures to meet the business objectives.
Required Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills, drive the recruitment of Connectors and manage their training for effective on-boarding for sales-delivery, effective use of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) would be an added advantage, good interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition and must be well organized, experience with performance monitoring and providing constructive feedback, problem-solving and decision-making skills, self-driven person who can work under less supervision, prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous, ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
