Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People & Culture team, with a primary focus on supporting our Retail and Operations units.
Duties and Responsibilities: Partner closely with business leaders to translate business goals into effective people and performance strategies. Drive performance management cycles, KPI tracking, and accountability frameworks across teams. Provide real-time workforce insights and analytics to support smarter, faster decision-making. Strengthen leadership capability by coaching managers on performance, feedback, and team management. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair, timely, and business-aligned manner. Identify workforce inefficiencies and proactively recommend practical, data-backed improvements. Support execution of HR initiatives that directly improve productivity and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications: 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with strong HRBP exposure. Solid experience in performance management, employee relations, and workforce analytics. Strong business acumen with a data-driven and solution-oriented mindset. Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively. Experience working with HR systems and modern, agile HR practices. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, operational or retail-driven environments.
