Job Overview:
Our client is a diagnostic service provider (Imaging & laboratory) which is a pioneer project with a wide range of tests including routine, specialized (Molecular Biology Tests) and advanced tests for clinical, research, screening, industrial, environmental, and occupational health. It is poised to provide innovative, timely, and quality medical diagnostics services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The CEO provides strategic direction and executive leadership to ensure the diagnostic company delivers high-quality, accurate, timely, and cost-effective diagnostic services, while achieving sustainable growth, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, operational management, clinical governance & quality assurance, financial management, business development & partnerships, regulatory & compliance oversight, human capital management, technology & innovation, risk management, and reporting & governance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).
Experience:
10–15+ years experience in healthcare/diagnostics; strong leadership and financial management experience; deep understanding of healthcare regulations in Nigeria.

Key competencies include strategic thinking and execution, financial acumen, leadership and people management, stakeholder management, operational excellence, regulatory awareness, and data-driven decision making.
