Job Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas) to lead business growth initiatives within the Upstream, Midstream and Marine Logistics sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities: Drive business growth through contract sourcing, tendering, and proposal development. Identify and engage key decision-makers within IOCs, NOCs, and indigenous oil companies. Develop and execute strategies for expansion across Upstream, Midstream and Marine Logistics. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Manage client relationships and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and bids. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including NUPRC, NMDPRA, NIPEX, ITF and NSITF. Oversee prequalification processes, bids, and documentation.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in Business Development within Oil & Gas / Marine sector. Strong experience in tendering, proposals, and contract acquisition. Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue. Existing industry network and relationships.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in Business Development within Oil & Gas / Marine sector.
Languages: Strong communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
