Job Overview: Our client is a startup network infrastructure company that specializes in providing managed services for infrastructure, network management, data integrations, and application management in Nigeria. The Company is known for its reputation for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities: Managing the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations, management accounts, and reports. Handling the company's WHT, PAYE, pension, and VAT remittance. Processing all company cash payables, ensuring proper ledger management, maintaining fixed assets, analyzing expenses, preparing audit files, assisting in budget preparation, managing financial policies, preparing financial statements, and maintaining credible financial records.
Required Qualifications: B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field + Professional Qualification (ICAN, ACCA).
Educational Background: B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field + Professional Qualification (ICAN, ACCA).
Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in finance or a similar role. Previous verifiable & quantifiable experience in the finance department.
Languages: English
Additional Notes: The candidate is expected to comply fully with the policies and procedures of the organization, work hours from 8 am to 5 pm, and carry out all assignments with professionalism, diligence, and ethics.
