Job Description
Job Overview:
This is a full-time, Accountant role based in Abuja, Nigeria. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing financial records, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, coordinating audits, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The role includes office administration, reconciling accounts, monitoring expenses, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations.

Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting; Experience with Account Reconciliation and Payroll Management; Knowledge of Tax Policies and Regulatory Compliance; Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel; Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills; Attention to Detail and High Level of Accuracy; Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications like ACCA or ICAN are a plus.

Experience:
Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is an advantage.
