Senior Project Manager, Retail Tech

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager with deep retail technology experience to lead delivery of digital and operational initiatives for Joveo's retail sector clients and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of retail technology projects on scope, schedule, and quality. Manage stakeholder relationships across technical teams, operations, and client-side contacts. Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and delivery timelines. Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation protocols. Coordinate with engineering, product, and integration teams on deliverables. Produce executive-level reporting on project status, KPIs, and milestone progress.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience managing technology projects within retail or e-commerce environments. Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
