Job Overview: We are hiring a Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects across Joveo's product and business operations. You will keep initiatives on track — managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with precision and calm.
Duties and Responsibilities: Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress against them. Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively. Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders. Report project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and client-facing teams. Drive project closure — lessons learned, documentation, and handoff.
Required Qualifications: Solid project management experience in a technology or professional services environment. Strong command of project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet). Proficiency in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across seniority levels. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced remote environment. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
