Job Overview:
We are looking for Business Development Officers (BDOs) to be our brand ambassadors on the front lines, engaging directly with school leaders to modernise their financial infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive growth by visiting top-tier schools and initiating high-level conversations with Proprietors and Bursars. Transition cold leads into warm partners through professional, face-to-face engagement. Identify pain points on-site and position FlexED as the primary solution for school financial operations. Represent a fast-growing fintech brand that is actively shaping the future of African education.
Required Qualifications:
You are persuasive, professional, and possess the 'gift of gab.' You carry yourself with the executive presence required to speak with school board members and principals. You don’t just walk; you map out territories and execute a daily plan of attack. You are passionate about how software can solve real-world problems.
Additional Notes:
High Earning Potential: Competitive base salary + an aggressive commission structure. Career Path: We promote from within—successful specialists quickly move into Regional Lead and Account Executive roles.
