Job Overview:
DELIVAR is a distribution and logistics management platform built for African businesses, helping SME distributors in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and building materials replace WhatsApp and Excel with a proper operating system for their distribution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Visit FMCG secondary distributors, wholesalers, and warehouse operators across Lagos markets; pitch and demo DELIVAR to business owners; gather intelligence from prospects; follow up with warm leads; submit weekly field reports; work closely with the founder to refine messaging and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
Familiarity with Lagos markets; ability to engage with traders and distributors; ability to explain tech products in relatable terms; self-managed and results-driven; prior experience in field sales or trade marketing is a plus.

Experience:
Experience in field sales, trade marketing, or B2B outreach is a plus but not required.
Languages:
Fluency in Yoruba and Pidgin is a strong plus.
Additional Notes:
Base pay: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month; Performance-based bonus; Contract: 3 months, renewable based on performance; Approximately 4 days per week; Strong performers may have growth opportunities.
