Job Description
Job Overview:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage client relationships, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, managing sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities to promote the company’s insurance products and services.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders, Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed business development goals, Experience in designing and delivering Training programs to improve team performance, Proven ability to meet sales targets and expand market reach, Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
Experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
Languages:
Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing platforms is desirable
