Job Overview:
The FTTH Project Quality Director will manage the local quality team and ensure the quality and EHS standards are met across all projects in Nigeria, including FTTH, wireless, and microwave.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the local quality team, conduct quality and EHS inspections, communicate with customers and subcontractors, track major EHS and quality issues, report progress to the Chinese project team, and oversee the project scope.
Required Qualifications:
Possess engineering experience in FTTH, wireless, and microwave projects, team management experience, strong documentation skills, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Prior experience in quality and EHS management of large-scale communication engineering projects is preferred.
