Job Overview: Fiscal 12 is a strategic finance and fractional CFO advisory firm specializing in helping manufacturing and product-based businesses scale profitably. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to employees and leadership. Coordinate workflows, track tasks, and support internal communication across teams. Monitor progress and updates in workflow or project management tools. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including access setup and documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and operational databases. Assist with coordinating internal deliverables. Support reporting, process documentation and operational efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications: Strong analytical, organizational and task‑management skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working with digital tools (Microsoft Office, workflow or project management tools). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn, take initiative and grow within an operations function.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an operations or business support role.
