Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, onboard partners, engage with customers to provide exceptional service, and support marketing initiatives. Participate in training programs to prepare for management responsibilities and assist in overseeing daily sales operations.
Required Qualifications:
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, Ability to conduct Training sessions, Proactive problem-solving abilities, Self-motivated approach to work.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience:
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage.
Languages:
English
