Job Overview:
SpringSource HR Consulting is a renowned Human Resources and Staffing firm based in Nigeria, dedicated to providing world-class workforce solutions to businesses across various sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing outsourced staffing operations, ensuring compliance with labor policies, maintaining client relationships, supporting payroll processing, coordinating with clients to meet workforce needs, resolving employee-related concerns, and preparing HR reports for management.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and outsourcing processes; strong understanding of HR strategy, policy development, and compliance; experience in payroll administration and workforce training; excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills; proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience with HR consulting or HR outsourcing is a strong advantage.
Languages:
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Nigeria; proficiency in HR software and data-driven decision making is a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site role.
