Monitor trends and create content that aligns with current conversations. Grow online presence and increase follower engagement across platforms. Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote job openings creatively. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and conversion. Manage comments, messages, and community engagement professionally. Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management. Proven track record of growing social media pages or creating viral content. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends. Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
