Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified and detail-orientated quality control officer to join our dynamic production team at Ayomo Bakery.
Duties and Responsibilities: Inspect incoming ingredients for quality and freshness, monitor production processes for compliance with food safety and quality standards, evaluate final products for taste and packaging compliance, enforce GMPs and sanitation standards, maintain records of QC checks, identify non-conformities and initiate corrective actions.
Required Qualifications: A minimum of an HND in food science, microbiology, or a related field; strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control processes; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Background: HND in food science, microbiology, or a related field
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a bakery or food production environment
Languages: English
Additional Notes: Remuneration: NGN 180,000 – 200,000; Full Time - 9 to 5; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
